For the 5th year in a row Oracle was thrilled to be back at Perry's Restaurant in Odenton Maryland for their annual Halloween Party blowout.

As in past years three cash prizes were awarded to the folks with the ugliest, most original, and sexiest costumes, and the folks this year outdid themselves, as you will see from the photos below.
