It was another great night to remember as the Arc of Howard County celebrated it's Golden Anniversary for 50 years of serving the needs of those residents with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

Dear Oracle Band,
On behalf of The Arc of Howard County, I would like to thank you for your stellar performance Saturday night. It simply would not be the Chocolate Ball without you!

This was the sixth consecutive year that Oracle has been invited to be a part of the black tie event, and as we look forward in anticipation to next year's party, we'd like to take a few moments here to look back and reflect on this past year's wonderful moments.  We hope you enjoy.
